What we collect

When you take the INPAS Readiness & Accountability Maturity Assessment, we collect your organisation details, your name, position, email, optional phone number and your answers. Contact and newsletter forms collect the details you enter.

How we use it

We use assessment data to calculate your score and send you your report. We contact you about TrustFundLedger only if you ticked the follow-up box. We may use anonymised, aggregated figures to improve the assessment. We do not sell personal data.

Your results link

Your results page uses a long, random link that is not listed or indexed. Anyone you share it with can view your results.

Deletion and your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or permanently delete your data at any time by emailing contact@trustfundledger.org.
